Ofori Amonsah has been on the lips of many Ghanaians for making a u-turn to highlife after God ‘arrested’ him to be His servant. The backlash intensified days ago after he released his new single “Alewa” which features rapper Sarkodie.
Musicians Criss Waddle, Morris Babyface and many other Ghanaians have raised their mouths against the song he has released. Ofori Amponsah was on Happy FM in Accra to promote the newly released song and he told the
many Ghanaians who have problem with his comeback not to judge him.
He told Dr. Cann, host of the show on Monday that they should all allow him to do what he likes and let his Maker be his final judge.
“Lets stop the judgment for the final judge. The reason why i left the world to worship God was because I had forgotten the person who made me get many hits. I pleaded for just a single hit but he gave me countless songs. I even forgot that I cried on Him for help.
So it is my personal problem so please it is God who will judge me at the end. If you have anything, please pray for me because prayers can change from where I am going to the right path.
