Gyan who signed for Chinese club Shanghai SPIG in the summer transfer window is the highest paid player in Africa with a weekly salary of GHS 1.4 million.
The Black Stars forward is 6th on the list of richest football players behind Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, Wayne Rooney, Zlatan Ibrahimovich and Gareth Bale.

Asamoah Gyan arrived in Ghana on Tuesday when his car was spotted at the airport.
