“The Real Housewives of New York” were dissed by Nicki Minaj this past week when the hit rapper refused to appear on their show.
Spies said Minaj was with boyfriend and fellow rapper Meek Mill at Jue Lan Club this past week when the women from the Bravo show — now including comeback socialite Tinsley Mortimer — were filming.
“There were seven or eight of them doing two scenes at a time,” said an insider.
“Bethenny [Frankel], Tinsley, Ramona [Singer] and the Countess [LuAnn de Lesseps] were there.”
The Post reports that when Minaj and Mill walked into the restaurant and through the scenes, producers wanted to get them in front of the cameras with the ladies — but Minaj wanted no part of it.
“They walked through the filming and [Minaj] was like, ‘Meek, keep walking. Get the f–k out of here. Go upstairs,” a spy said. But “there was a resounding ‘No.' ”
Bravo has not yet confirmed that Mortimer is the newest member of the cast, even though Page Six sources have repeatedly seen her filming the show around town after another cast member, Jules Wainstein, lasted for just one season amid a bitter divorce. Mortimer has joined the series in a comeback bid after returning to Manhattan, having spent two years in Palm Beach, Fla.

compared Ghana to California and Nigeria to New York, drawing comparisons between the two well-known American states and West African countries.

Ghana is a popular destination for people looking for a more tranquil and laid-back culture and plenty of holiday alternatives, he said, highlighting the country's charms.

“Due to the lack of population and space, people travel to Ghana more frequently. In a conversation, Davido said, “There is more vacation time.”

But Davido also recognized that Nigeria has a distinct dynamic that combines good and bad elements.

“But if you are trying to eat everything in one, you want to see the bad part, the great part, and everything. Go to Lagos. Everything is in that Lagos,” he added.
