Nana Appiah Mensah has demolished a 4-star hotel he bought not too long ago because he wants a different structure–It’s obvious he bought the hotel because of its strategic location in East Legon and not because he admired the building.
When you are rich AF like NAM1, it doesn’t hurt to demolish a hotel that was bought for some millions of dollars.
With new photos published by Zionfelix.net, it shows that Nana Appiah has demolished the Royal Richester Hotel he bought and has started putting up a new edifice, perhaps one that would be able to meet his taste and requirements.
We can’t wait to see the kind of edifice he will put up when its read. See photos from the site that shows the building has been demolished.
So this is how the place looked like, but Nana Appiah was not impressed with that building considering what he wanted to do
