Christian Chibueze grabs Exceptional Radio Show Host at 3rd Annual Ghana Sports Excellence Awards 2018.
Global FM/Volta 1 TV's Christian Chibueze has been adjudged the Exceptional Male Sports Journalist at the 3rd Annual Ghana Sports Excellence Awards held at the British Council in Accra Friday, 4th January 2019.
Chibueze, who, hither to this feat, was nominated in the 2nd edition of the Ghana Sports Excellence Awards in 2015, lost to Nathan Quao of Citi Sports. He was adjudged the overall best after being shortlisted for the year ending 2018.
Christian Chibueze, popularly known in media circlesas Mourinho/Eze1, joined Ho-based Global FM in 2016 from Kekeli Radio (Ho) after having stints with KUUL FM (Ho), Victory FM (Aflao) and ABACC FM (Aflao) all in the Volta Region. He anchors the station's daily sports shows such as ‘EPL Moment'(English Premier League live coverage) and ‘Let's Talk Sports.'
He is also the host of ‘Sports Round UP' and ‘Whistle'on Volta's premiere TV station “Volta 1 TV” on Mondays and Thursdays respectively.
The annual Ghana Sports Excellence Awards which has been absent for two (2) years was brought back with a big bang by organizers, Hallmark Plus Multimedia. According to the CEO of Hallmark Plus Multimedia, Mr Franklin Boateng, a major pitfall inhibiting the smooth organization of the event is lack of finance. He called on cooperate bodies to support the initiative of rewardingoutstanding sports personalities in the country.
He also assures the award will continue this year as they look forward to awarding sports personalities for the year 2019.

“I Envy Kofi Kinaata A Lot” – Okyeame Kwame (Video)
Ghanaian rapper Kwame Nsiah-Apau, known by his stage name Okyeame Kwame and nicknamed Rap Doctor, opened up in a recent interview with YouTuber Kwadwo Sheldon about how he and rapper and cum singer Martin King Arthur made up a great song together.
According to the veteran rapper who reevaluated in the interview, he envies Kofi Kinaata for his lyrical prowess. He also revealed how Kofi was able to write his chorys with ease and, in the end, even helped him (Okyeame Kwame) write some rap lines.
When asked which elements propel him to come out with nice songs, rapper Okyeame Kwmane revealed that he gets to the studio happily to make songs; not drugs or anything else pushes him to write good songs. However, he revealed that he feels best when the lights in the studio are on and clear to enhance his rapping prowess.
In this same interview, Okyeame Kwame revealed that he is a happy person, he does not hold grudges, and he is compassionate.
