Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie has revealed how he got an encounter with God in his successful music career as an artiste.
The rapper made this known in an interview with Accra-based Hitz FM on the programme “This Is Gospel” with host Franky 5.
The former VGMA Artiste Of the Year averred that he recalled how his mother drew him closer to God when he was young and that has lead him to rich this peak.
He recalled that: the mother use to pray for their family and communicate with God as if she saw her in real life.
He continued that: my encounter with God had to do with my coming up as an artiste were I remember calling on God that this was my passion to do music.
