Lamisi’s “Brighter Side” Album successfully launched, Samini, Atongo Zimba, Elorm Beenie and more present – PHOTOS
Yes, music is magical and relieving; it adds passion to life and gives it new meaning on a day-to-day basis. That was exactly what happened at Alliance Francaise last night 23/2/2019. It was heated up with what i defined to be event orgasm. “Wow, she's amazing, i love her, she's so energetic, her melodies are outside the box” and many positive remarks were bubbling out the lips of most patrons who witnessed bankable global versatile act Lamisi perform live all songs on her debut album – Bright Side. She gave value to music by magnifying her office of performance. Most people didn't know she was a skillful dancer till yesterday.
The night was blessed with series of fun packed surprises and colorful emotions; President of GHAMRO Rex Omar didn't just grace the venue to add contrast, he was actually the first to purchase hard copy of Brighter Side album for Gh¢ 1000, followed by other specials guests and fans. Celebrated high life gem Ben Brako and Mr. Kiki Banson owner of Patch Bay Band were there. International publicist, A & R, author and brand geek Elorm Beenie registered his presence. Renowned poet Nana Asaase delivered a mind blowing spoken words craft about Lamisi.
Getting to the end of the event Lamisi pulled out legendary Atongo known for his mega hit song “In Heaven There's No Beer” on stage to perform. Drawing down the curtains, Highgrade forwarder Samini was there as a guest but ended up mounting the stage to shower his blessings on her by freestyling her name on one of his major hit songs “Where My Baby Dey” which the both performed together. Patch Bay Band was on point like laser, whiles the technical side production; stage set up, lightening and sound was solid as rock.

“There’s More Tracks To Do For People To Cry With, So I Don’t Reply To Diss Songs” – Kofi Kinaata
There has also been this argument that beef and diss songs are healthy for the music industry, but Ghamaiam rapper Npow, a singer, revealed in a recent interview with Andy Dosty that he doesn't give attention to beef and diss songs.
According to Kofi Kinaata, there have been a lot of times his friends and team members have drawn his attention to the jab he has received from fellow musicians, but he has not given that attention.
Kofi Kinaata revealed in the interview that, as he said in one of his old songs, he has a lot of songs to be recorded, which will make people cry and take advice from them, so why should he be recording this song when someone is ready to jam to his songs?

“I Envy Kofi Kinaata A Lot” – Okyeame Kwame (Video)
Ghanaian rapper Kwame Nsiah-Apau, known by his stage name Okyeame Kwame and nicknamed Rap Doctor, opened up in a recent interview with YouTuber Kwadwo Sheldon about how he and rapper and cum singer Martin King Arthur made up a great song together.
According to the veteran rapper who reevaluated in the interview, he envies Kofi Kinaata for his lyrical prowess. He also revealed how Kofi was able to write his chorys with ease and, in the end, even helped him (Okyeame Kwame) write some rap lines.
When asked which elements propel him to come out with nice songs, rapper Okyeame Kwmane revealed that he gets to the studio happily to make songs; not drugs or anything else pushes him to write good songs. However, he revealed that he feels best when the lights in the studio are on and clear to enhance his rapping prowess.
In this same interview, Okyeame Kwame revealed that he is a happy person, he does not hold grudges, and he is compassionate.
