Camidoh Named As The First Beneficiary Of emPawa 30 Project by Mr. Eazi
Ghanaian Afropop/RnB sensation & Grind Don’t Stop Records’ signee, Raphael Camidoh Kofi Attachie known within the entertainment sector as Camidoh has been announced as the first Ghanaian performing and recording artiste to be working with Mr Eazi on his empawa30 Program.
Making this official announcement on his verified twitter handle, Camidoh will be one of the 30 recording and performing artiste who recieve mentorship and guidance from cemented names like Diamond Platinumz, Sarkodie, Kwesta, Guilty Beatz, Juls, E. Kelly, DJ Neptune, Diplo and Mr Eazi himself, who will all be participating as mentors.

This time around, emPawa Africa will offer Camidoh and 29 other artistes the funds to film their music video, The funding for the music videos are non-repayable and absolutely free. Arts chosen will also get marketing services and other supports. The initiative is aimed at investing in the next generation of African talents, largely emerging music stars who lack the needed support.
YouTube Music will be partnering with emPawa to provide support for the 10 Nigerian artists that are chosen. “It’s critical to develop the next generation of talent—and there is so much talent exploding out of Nigeria and the African continent right now,” says YouTube’s Global Head of Music, Lyor Cohen. “Africa is setting the tempo all around the globe.”
The emPawa30 will include 10 artists from Nigeria; 10 artists from other countries on the African continent; and five UK-based African artists, with the remaining five spots open to African-born artists in countries around the world, including the US and Canada.
Raphael Camidoh Kofi Attachie known simply in Showbiz as Camidoh is a Ghanaian Afropop/RnB singer, record producer and a songwriter. He was born in Aflao, Volta Region of Ghana on the 21st day of January 1994 and raised by a single mother in Ho, the capital of Volta Region.
