‘Jackie Appiah & I Once Walked From Osu To Dzorwulu Because We Were Broke’ – Majid Michel Recount Broke Days

Popular actor, Majid Michel has recounted on their hustling days where he and Jackie Appiah were broke to the extent of walking from Osu to Dzorwulu to sleep.

Speaking on United Showbiz on UTV, he touched on some of the challenges they faced to the extent they have to sacrifice something in other to survive.

Making this known on United Showbiz, he said;

“We’ve suffered before and it’s not a joke. Jackie was so thin that she was the same size as my arm….during our hustling days, we were done shooting a movie at OSU but we didn’t have money to go back home so we walked all the way from Osu to Dzorwulu..by the time we got to our destination, we were really drained of energy.”

However, he called on the government to help grow the industry indicating that they should prioritize the entertainment industry because it’s a way of displaying culture to the world.

Jackie Appiah also added that the industry needs foreign investors else they are not going to meet the standard Nigerians have gotten to and the need for cinemas.
