22 Foli – Koame (Hood)(Mixed by Logizzy)

22Foli is out with a new single titled Koame (HOOD), Song was mixed by Logizzy.

As we may all have noticed that 22Foli whose full name is Jacob Anumu Ofori won the hip hop song of the year awards in the maiden edition of the Volta music awards but for sometime now been doing more of reggae probably becos the competition was too tough for him in that genre.

Koame (Hood) is his first single after he dropped his Kplamasey EP two months ago. Listening to the lyrics he seem to be sending a signal to the other rappers that he is still on top of his game.

On a phone interview with 22Foli he had this to say “ I didn’t run away because of any competition. The truth is I don’t see any competition ongoing but rather a bunch of kids having fun among themselves that is why I chose to divert and do more matured and conscious music which we all know reggae is associated with but once in a while we will be dropping hip hop tunes”
