Derrick Kobina Bonney alias DKB, a Ghanaian comedian, has been revealed as a con artist after squandering money collected on behalf of Akuapem Poloo during her two weeks in prison.
When Akuapem Poloo was sentenced to 90 days in jail for exposing her son to indecency, her entourage, DKB, vowed to collect funds on her behalf to assist her son and mother financially.
Many people donated money to help Akuapem Poloo when she was in court fighting her sentencing after DKB shared a mobile money number on social media.
In a recent post on her Instagram profile, Akuapem Poloo revealed how DKB took the money and didn’t give her a dime.
Akuapem Poloo claims she has not collected any money from DKB and that after calling him many times, he does not pick up or return her calls.
She begged anyone who claimed to have donated to DKB’s momo number to keep him responsible because she hasn’t got any money from them.
