Sarkodie, a Ghanaian rapper, has finally stated his position on the “Fix The Nation” mantra that has recently swept social media.
Sarkodie was chastised for being outspoken about the government’s failings, including his reputation for speaking truth to power in his lyrics.
Many people suspect that since the NPP government is in control and Sarkodie is a member of the opposition, he is keeping quiet about their results.
Sarkodie finally breaks his silence, stating that he hopes that when the country is set, the people will follow suit.
Sarkodie explained why he has been quiet during the whole “Fix The Nation” movement, saying he is careful about his words because many people interpret and accept what he says as political.
