Fast-rising Ghanaian singer Sefadzi Amesu, better known in the entertainment industry as , has stated that there are many talented female artistes in Ghana, but finding someone to invest in them is more difficult today than it has ever been.

, who was signed by Ghanaian singer D-Black into his Black Avenue Musik after she shared several videos of herself playing in nightclubs with Live Bands and other social activities on Instagram, spoke to Tony Best in an interview on Akoma FM's Kwantenpon Drive on Thursday, May 20, said compared to their male counterparts, the idea of doing anything to do with female artistes before engaging in them has kept a lot of women from exhibiting their God-given talents.

“If we have enough resources and people willing to invest in us, we will go far,” she said. “When people invest in us, that doesn't have to mean they want to get their way with us, which, in my mind, is the biggest challenge female artists face in our industry,” she said.

Sefa, who has previously worked with established artists such as Bisa Kdei, Medikal, Sista Afia, DopeNation, and others, is currently promoting her new single Echoke, which features Mr. Drew which is doing well in the music market too.
