“Being Able To Provide For My Family Is My Greatest Achievement” – Sarkodie
Ghanaian rapper and CEO of Sarkcess music, Sarkodie, whose real name is Michael Owusu Addo, has claimed that his biggest achievement in life is his family.
The ace rapper claims that his daughter, son, and wife are the most important people in his life and that providing for them is “priceless.”
“I want to alter a lot of things for the future generation,” he said in a wide-ranging interview with Hester Lacey for the US-based FT magazine.
“My family: my daughter, my son, and my wife,” Sarkodie said when asked what his biggest achievement in life was so far. Being able to support my family. That is invaluable.”
He also talked about his childhood dream of being a doctor because he wanted to assist people, his academic adventures, what motivates and annoys him, and so on.
The Vodafone Ghana Music Award Artiste of the Decade is presently on a regional tour to promote his upcoming album, “No Pressure,” which will be released on July 30th, 2021.
The album was supposed to be released on July 9th, 2021, but it had to be delayed owing to a delay in clearing several samples.
