Tokz bags Two Nominations at 2021 Emerging Music Awards

Ghana's iconic singer and songwriter, Tokz, has bagged himself two nominations at 2021 Emerging Music Awards.

Granted Soul Entertainment signee Tokz after the 3rd edition of Emerging Music Awards 2021 nominees announcement on Tuesday, August 10th secured himself 2 slots.

His trending song “Vorvoli” featuring Jah Phinga earned him nominations in two (2) categories; Afro Pop Song of the year and Afro Pop Artist of the Year.

In the most coveted Afro Pop Artiste of the Year category, The “Work” hitmaker will be competing with some acts like Malcolm Nuna, Roy X Taylor ,KD Bakes, Shade O, Dudjoe Daze, Kimmy, Xupa and more.. check out the list below

The scheme seeks to acknowledge honour and celebrate all emerging musicians in the Ghanaian music genres on a prestigious platform.

Winners in the various categories shall be determined through three (3) key processes namely; The Awards Board, The Awards Academy Board and The General Public Vote.

This year's Emerging Music Awards will celebrate over 100 nominees in 30 categories.

The main event is slated for 25th September 2021 at Accra City Hotel.

According to the organizers the event is strictly by invitation.
