Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia’s mother, Hajia Mariama Bawumia, has died.
Asaase Radio posted on its Facebook page on September 13, 2021, that the Vice President’s mother had died.
“Vice President H.E Alhaji Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia’s mother passed away this morning. She had been unwell for a few weeks and had been hospitalized. May Allah admit her to Jannah, Inalillahi wa ina ilaihi raji’un,” the radio station wrote on Facebook.
We are yet to receive an official statement from the office of the vice president to back the claims.
Maame, know as Hajia Mariama, was born on September 15, 1939, and died at the age of 81. She passed away just two days before her 82nd birthday.
Meanwhile, information reaching Dklassgh.com is that the second gentleman of the land, His Excellency dr. Mahamadu Bawumia has stepped in to help Psalm Adjeteyfio, who is most known for his role in the TV series Taxi Driver.
In an interview, TT, as he is affectionately known, stated that he needs GHC 3,000 to pay his rent or risk being evicted.
