Ras Nene better known as Dr. Likee took over social media with his hilarious skits around the time of covid’s creation, earning him acclaim for bringing Kumawood sketches back to life.
When actor Kwadwo Nkansah aka LilWin reflects on Dr. Likee’s effect on the performing business, he sees none.
As a result, Kumawood actor Kwadwo Nkasah believes it is a complete disgrace for Ghanaians to compare him to Dr. Likee, because, to his knowledge, they are not on the same level when it comes to true acting!
Lil Win stated emphatically in an interview with ZionFelix that he is a legend in the industry, unlike Dr Likee, who is only popular on YouTube.
In the interview, LilWin claimed that he had no beef with Dr. Likee, but that he has to make the audience aware of the enormous differences between the two.
Ruthy of Kumasi-based Nhyira Fm fame has slammed LilWin for lowering Dr Likee’s reputation and effect in the business to the bottom, in response to this preliminary declaration from the LilWin camp.
Dr Likee, according to Ruthy, has been able to develop talents to become household names in his short time in the industry, using Kyekyeku as an example, unlike LilWin, who has never assisted anybody while claiming to be a legend in the game.
Ruthy responded on Facebook, saying:
I feel it’s needless to say this cause someone who’s below your “level and legendary” status has offered “tangible legacy”; raising stars (Kyekyeku and co.) to become household names.
Dr Likee in less than 2 years has offered his guys opportunities to travel and experience life outside GH – Dubai, but with your “legendary and level status”, we yet to see an uprising star from your camp
It was “unhealthy” statement and it will let the world have different perspective about you.. Sometimes things are better when unsaid… #Proverbs17_28…
I’m just disappointed by this statement.
