“It’s Quite Embarrassing Especially Seeing These Celebrities Posting Their New iPhone” – Efia Odo
Andrea Owusu, better known as Efia Odo, the popular Ghanaian socialite, and media figure, has remarked that seeing celebrities pose with their new iPhones is embarrassing.
According to her, having money and purchasing an iPhone is not a life achievement that should be praised and given great attention, as Ghanaians do.
In a recent tweet on her verified social media profile on the famous social media network, Twitter, she stated as much.
She expressed her dissatisfaction with Ghanaians' actions in the post. The following is an excerpt from the post she made:
“Why is acquiring the latest iPhone such an accomplishment to many Ghanaians? This really baffles me and I need answers cuz it's quite embarrassing especially seeing “celebrities” posing with their new iPhone.”
Meanwhile, Reigning Reggae/Dancehall Artiste of the Year, Epixode, has said that every musician will need to exhibit some level of creativity in their craft to survive the Ghanaian music industry.
His comments come after Legendary Ghanaian musician Nat Brew popularly known as Amandzeba passed the mantle of music to Epixode considering his creative exploits in the music industry thus far.
