Kwame Yogot, the Ghanaian rapper has described himself as an “insatiable creative.” He also claims that he cannot consider himself successful in the industry until American rapper Jay Z tweets about his musical abilities.
He told Docta Kay, presenter of AccraFM’s ‘Nkran Kwanso’ show, “I am never content with what I have done in the profession.”
“As an artist, I am hungry when it comes to industry successes,” he remarked. Until I attain these achievements in the industry, I will remain an underdog. Because there have been musicians before me, I want something more. Being mentioned among the top three rappers in Africa is something I consider a professional accomplishment. Even while it occasionally drives artists, I am not working for prizes to go and hang them in my apartment.”
Kwame Yogot made his popular debut with the release of his monstrous banger ‘Biibi Besi,’ which featured Kuami Eugene and received nominations for the 3Music Awards and the VGMA22.
