Breaking News: Shatta Wale Arrested over his fake shooting incident
Information reaching us indicates that popular Ghanaian Dancehall Musician Charlse Nii Armaa Mensah who is widely known as Shatta Wale, has been invited by the Ghana Police Service over his fake shooting incident.
Confirming the latest development to the saga is Ghana Police Service Official social media handles Few minutes ago.
Shatta Wale created an eerie scene yesterday when he together with his accomplices announced to Ghanaians that he had been shot and rushed to the hospital.
The police subsequently released a statement o that effect and stated that they were looking for Shatta Wale. The artiste also stated earlier that he would be tendering himself in for interrogation by the police.

Few hours ago we reported that, Shatta Wale’s personal assistant, Nana Dope, has been arrested by the police for his role in circulating information that the musician had been shot.
The Police have today, 19th October, 2021, arrested Kojo Owusu Koranteng, also known as Nana Dope and Eric Venator, alias Gangee, for allegedly spreading false information with the intention to cause fear and panic.
The arrest of the suspects is in response to the alleged circulation of false claims on the alleged gunshot attack on Shatta Wale.
Preliminary investigations by the Police reveal the widely reported gunshot attack on Shatta Wale yesterday Monday, 18th October, 2021 was a hoax.
Shatta Wale and one other person popularly referred to as ‘Deportee’ are currently being pursued for their possible involvement and knowledge of the circulation of false information with the intention to cause fear and panic.
