“I’m Still Relevant That’s Why I’m Always Called For Interviews” – Kwaw Kese Brags
Emmanuel Kofi Botwe, popularly known as Kwaw Kese, the Ghanaian hiphop singer, has disputed rumors that he is no longer relevant in the music industry.
Kwaw Kese has been making headlines for a few days now, voicing his views on a variety of topics.
He also talked about dancehall musician Shatta Wale’s prank and arrest, and offered him some advise.
Kwaw Kese disputed charges that he is no longer relevant in an interview with Amansan Krakye on Kastle FM. He argued that media outlets would not contact him for interviews if he was not relevant.
“As an artist in Ghana’s music industry, I have never faded and will never go away.
” When the presenter questioned whether he believes he has become irrelevant in the system, he replied, “If I’m no longer relevant or if I’ve faded like that, you won’t even call to interview me on your radio station.”
Kwaw Kese, better known as Abodam, took advantage of the chance to slam Ghanaians who think he is slipping away from the music scene.
“We Ghanaians have an unhealthy obsession with going to concerts and chatting about trivial matters. Anyone who claims Kwaw Kese is no longer significant is lying, because I don’t believe in such nonsense,” he fumed.
