“Music Has United Africa Than All The Useless Political Organizations We Have”- Edem

Denning Agbeviadey, best known as Edem, the Ghanaian rapper, has stated that music has shown to be more significant than any political group in Africa, and has been able to bring people from all walks of life together.

Music, as a global language, brings people from all walks of life together and may give comfort in times of need.

Musicians like Edem see music's enormous potential as a force for change, functioning as a voice for social activism and/or encouraging cross-cultural understanding.

Taking to Twitter, Edem remarked that music, unlike any political organization in Africa, has proved to have the ability to bring people together throughout the continent.
