“Ghana’s Penalty Against South Africa Was Too Soft, Daniel Amartey Went Down Easily” – Asamoah Gyan

Daniel Amartey ‘fell down too easy' to win Ghana's penalty against South Africa, according to former Black Stars captain .

Andre Ayew successfully scored the resulting spot-kick to earn a 1-0 win, confirming Ghana's position in the 2022 FIFA World Cup final qualifying round in Qatar earlier this month.

In the 32nd minute, Rushine De Reuck obstructed Leicester City defender Amartey in the box. Ndiaye Maquette, a Senegalese referee who was near to the scene, didn't hesitate to award the hosts a penalty.

Gyan, on the other hand, seemed to disagree with the controversial judgment of the referee, as he offered his thoughts on the event, which has been sent to FIFA's Disciplinary Committee following a protest by the South African Football Association.

“The stadium cameras weren't enough, but those on the field of play are in a better position to judge it.” However, the infraction appeared to me to be extremely casual,” Gyan remarked on Asempa FM, according to Ghanasportsonline.com.

“The player went down quite easily, but the referee was very near to the action so he could make his judgment on the field, but I think Amartey went down too easy from where I'm sitting.” I'm only sharing my thoughts, but others on the field of play can make better decisions. I believe the decision was split 50/50.”

“The game was also played under high-intensity pressure, which might have influenced the referee's judgment,” he continued.

The South African Football Association claims that the referees rigged the match in Ghana's favor, and that the penalty judgment is part of their case.

Abena Korkor Attacks Mp (Video)

The Ningo Prampram Member of Parliament, Sam George, has come under fire from socialite for not fixing the roads in his district.

Korkor posted a video of her community's terribly maintained roads that was shot in Tema Community 25 after recent rains.

She claims that Uber drivers won't come to the neighborhood to give rides because of how terrible the roads are.

She added that, as a result, she must travel in a motor vehicle to do all of her errands. As Korkor hauled local MP Sam George, she did not hold back.

She also had some harsh words to say about Stephanie Karikari, the former Miss Ghana, and former President Mahama, among many others.

After making fun of Stonebwoy's disabilities, Ghanaian reggae dancehall musician has adamantly refused to apologize to the Ghana Society of Physically Disabled (GSPD).

After Wale made fun of Stonebwoy at the just-ended Salafest, the GSPD urged the singer to recant his remarks and issue an apology.

However, disregarded society's plea in a widely shared video response.

The “On God” hitmaker instead questioned society's reasoning for the demand and railed against it.

The outspoken performer said, “You can't create a problem for me; I am a problem myself.” “Everything we are doing is creating an association and paying dues; there is even an unemployed people's association.”
