Obrafour Opens Up On Why He Always Produce Evergreen Music

In a new interview with Graphic Showbiz, Obrafour, one of the most influential hip-life artists of all time and one of the finest GH rappers of all time, explains why his music is ageless.

According to The Rap Sofo, the fundamental key is to use meaningful phrases that aim to awaken the audience.

I give a lot of thought to what I write for my Ghanaian admirers. I don’t simply throw anything out there because I want to be recognized for good music. I have to take responsibility for the lyrics in my songs, he stated.

I was taught to always use the correct phrases when speaking to others, and this has helped me become a better rapper.

Music, according to Obrafour, should be substantive. ‘I feel that music should be meaningful.’ Anyone who hears your music should be able to take away one or two lessons. There are just a few musicians in Ghana that accomplish this, and I am one of them, which is why my songs are constantly in demand,’ he continued.

He also thanked God’s favor in his life, which has allowed him to stay relevant in the game for so long. He continued,

I am a believer in God, and I know that His blessings are what keep me going. I believe I have much to give Ghanaians, and I am confident that the God I follow will see me through.
