Jackeline Acheampong, well known in the music industry as Gyakie, the talented Ghanaian singer, has hinted that despite all she has achieved so far, she still feels she is not even close to where she wants to be in her music career.
Gyakie, who debuted on the UK’s official Top 20 Afrobeat chart with her most popular song, “Forever,” has shown her critics that she has come into the music world to take supremacy. Her “Forever” remix, which premiered on the UK’s official Top 20 Afrobeat chart, has been a huge hit.
In addition to her two appearances on Billboard’s “Top Triller” chart, Gyakie won the 3Music Awards “Woman of the Year” award. Gyakie was also the first African woman to work with Spotify, a well-known streaming platform.
Gyakie has quickly established herself as one of Ghana’s most well-known young artists, and she continues to achieve worldwide supremacy with additional songs, but she appears to be unsatisfied with her achievements thus far.
Gyakie stated in a tweet that she is not even close to where she wants to be in her music career, but she feels that with the love and support of her fans, she will be able to reach the heights she desires.
She wrote; Not close to where I want to be. But With the constant support I’ve received from you guys, the road seems shorter now than ever
