Luther Azamati, better known as Pappi of the 5Five music duet, has slammed the new generation of Ghanaian artists, characterizing them as stupid.
According to Pappi, most of the new musicians that are prospering and having success in the music industry are not very intelligent since they intentionally ignore veteran musicians when they are approached for a feature or a verse in a song.
Pappi revealed in an interview with Sammy Flex that he and his teammates used to come through for Reggie Rockstone, BukBak, VIP, and other top-tier musicians because they respected them because they paved the way for most of them to make it in the music industry.
He implied that most of the younger generation of artists lack the feeling of working together with their forefathers to promote Ghanaian music across the world and that they are all idiots because of their selfishness.
He informed Sammy Flex that most of the young musicians saw him on TV and learned a lot from him, but they refused to treat him with the respect he deserves as an O’gee in the music industry by ignoring him when he calls them for a feature.
He claimed that he was able to deal with a few of them who were kind and respectful, but that a number of them decided to ignore his calls.
