Wale's remark hasn't gone unnoticed by some music fans, given his excellent brand and larger-than-life attitude in the mainstream industry. Others are unsurprised by his erratic and unpredictable behavior, blaming it on a lack of structure in his personal and professional lives.

During a recent interview on GTV's Breakfast Show, the SM boss revealed this when the Ghana Music Rights Organisation (GHAMRO), led by Rex Omar, announced that they owe him royalties totaling 30,000 for all the years he has been a commercial artist, beginning with his Bandana days in 2004.
