Ofori Amponsah’s Team Threatens To Sue Nanky Over Copyright Infringement (Video)

Nanky, a fast-rising musician, has been threatened with legal action by the management of ace Highlife singer, Ofori Amponsah, for copyright infringement.

Nanky copied some sections of one of Ofori’s songs for his recently released “Cloud 9” song, according to Ofori Amponsah‘s team.

Ofori Amponsah’s crew alleged that the singer did not consult them before sampling Ofori Amponsah’s music for his own single.

A member of Ofori Amponsah’s management lost his cool over the issue while on the phone with other team members, threatening to sue the singer, according to a video posted on social media.

As a penalty for not consulting the team beforehand, he alleges that management will claim ownership of the “Cloud 9” song and secure all of the song’s revenue.
