“Chief One Reminds Me Of The Coming Up Of Edem” – Mr. Logic

Today, on the twentieth day of the fourth month of the year two thousand and twenty-two, Ghanaian rapper, Michael Ivan Nyagamagu, better known as Chief One, was supposed to be in the studios of Hitz FM to have a one-on-one interview with godfather Andy Dosty.

The interview, however, couldn't come on as Chief One was late and blamed it on him for having a show last night and not being able to catch up to Accra early due to traffic and some little stuff.

He was forgiven by the host and some pundits of the show, whereas he was applauded by Emmanuel Barnes, better known as Emmanuel Barnes, for breaking through the mainstream with his unique style of music.

According to the artist manager, Chief One reminds him of the time Edem (formerly Ayigbe Edem) was coming up. He also revealed that though the Volta region has top artists like Agbeshie and Kenny Ice, he thinks Chief One is one of a kind.

He, however, entreated all indigenous musicians to try and build a fanbase in their region before trying to break into the mainstream.
