“Can Someone Please Educate Me On E-Levy” – Fella Makafui After She Paid Ghc 150 For Ghc 10,000 Sent

The almighty E-Levy collection commenced yesterday, May 1st, and there has been a lot of criticism as people don't know how deductions are made.

Fella Makafui, a Ghanaian actress and socialite, lamented on Twitter in a series of posts about how she paid GHC 150 for GHC 10,000 sent to someone, but she did not reveal his or her identity.

In the first chapter of her rants on Twitter, she wrote:

This E-Levy thing …waaaww !! SMH !! They charged me 150cedis for 10k transaction!! What !!!

She came back and wrote:

How do small business owners survive this ?? The charges could literally be the profit !! Waaww .. I'm speechless!! 150cedis for 10k Transaction 😩

Wait ooo ,does that mean they will take another 150cedis from the 10k i have just sent to the person ?? 😂 so making 300 cedis for just 10k ? I no dey barb

And then she ended by saying:

Can someone please Educate me on this E-Levy thing because 😩😩😩😩 I don't get it !!
