Black Sherif, a fast-rising Ghanaian musician and rapper, has finally spoken out over Kidi winning the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards’ Artiste of the Year award over him.
Despite the fact that Kidi was predicted to win, Black Sherif said in an interview with Berla Mundi that he was never disappointed when KiDi won overall artist of the year. He admitted that he is KiDi’s biggest fan.
He stated that everyone who was nominated in that category deserved to be honored at the end of the night, and that everyone had a chance to win, so KiDi’s success had no bearing on him.
Black Sherif also hinted that he and KiDi would be entering the studio shortly to work on a possible hit song.
