Medikal and Fella Makafui

, a Ghanaian businessman, has taken Hiplife rapper to court over his newly built house in East Legon Hills, Santeo.

The Musician and his wife held a celebration last year to officially open their new 4-bedroom luxury residence in East Legon Hills.

In an odd twist, a businessman identified as Bobby Yawson has told Blogger, Attractive Mustapha, actual name Mustapha Nii Okai Inusah, that he is the original owner of the mansion owned by the “Omo Ada” hitmaker and his wife Fela Makafui.

Bobby Yawson revealed that he bought two separate lands from the Sinare family, one of which is presently held by Medikal.

He claimed to have begun construction on the land, but he went overseas for a period, which stalled the process for a while.

Bobby Yawson went on to say that while he was away, a worried neighbor contacted him to notify him that someone had damaged part of his uncompleted house and that the person is rebuilding his own plan on his land.

According to him, when he returned from overseas, he reported the problem to the Greater Accra Regional Police, and by the time they finished investigating the problem six months later, Medikal had built the home.

“Information I received revealed that one Rahim, whose mother is a member of the Sinare family, gave my uncompleted house to Medikal,” he said.

The case is currently in court. “The matter is at Land Court Two; I trust the police system, therefore I will not use my own methods.”

Concerning the reliefs he is currently expecting from the court, he stated that they are two different plots with the same family, so he wants a hundred thousand Ghana Cedis compensation because Medikal has already completed and occupied the house, while the other land that has not yet been occupied must be returned to him.
