Ghanaian media personality, Nana Aba Anamoah has applauded actor Prince David Osei for criticizing the NPP government despite having campaigned for them.

This came after the actor revealed his upfront and honest view about what was going on in the country, despite being one of the prominent stars who campaigned for the NPP in the 2016 and 2020 elections.

In a recent tweet on his own Twitter account, the actor wrote:

“Misplaced priorities, self-glory, greed and insensitivity towards the plight of the citizenry. We can’t pay government workers, and staff, working tirelessly 24/7 yet we have 25,000,000 for a cathedral in this perilous time of our economy.”

Reacting to the post, Nana Aba applauded the actor for his high level of honesty even though he is a strong member of the New Patriotic Party.

She replies the actor’s post with;

“I have so much respect for such level of honesty. The fact that he campaigned publicly for this administration doesn’t mean he agrees with insensitive decisions.

Integrity is a principle that never fails.

Cheers, Prince David.”

Meanwhile, Ghanaian rapper, kwaw Kese has slammed the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) over the National Cathedral and the huge amount of money the state has invested into its commencement.

According to the rapper, you’re a f0ol if you think the Cathedral is more important than gutters and other infrastructure. He went ahead to make the example that when it rains a little then the whole country is flooded.

He went on to add that if Ghana needs a cathedral, they can utilize Nicholas Duncan-Williams’ church Action Chapel International as a Cathedral rather than spending so much money on building one.
