Gyakie, the ‘Forever’ hitmaker, has claimed that she does not just do love songs but also blends her style with various genres in order to better her craft.
In an interview with Okay FM’s Gilbert Abeiku Aggrey Santana on the Ekwansodwodwo program, the “Forever” hitmaker hinted that her songs are not always about love, but that she has a gospel song that would be published sooner or later.
She noted that, while most of her songs are love songs, she is also incredibly talented in other music genres such as dancehall, reggae, Afrobeat, and even gospel.
Her style of music, however, was affected by the types of songs she listened to as a child, and therefore such genres inspired her style of music.

She recounted how a social media user once told her not to release another song after her “Forever” song became popular on practically every platform.
