Ghanaian rapper Thorsten Owusu Gyimah, also known as Yaw Tog, is more concerned with how Ghanaians portray individuals negatively than with their accomplishments.
According to the rapper, Ghanaians are more interested in advertising one’s flaws to the world than their success.
In a recent tweet, the award-winning rapper urged Ghanaians to be prepared for his launch.
“WHERE I’M FROM … They are quick to Trumpet your weaknesses rather than your strengths even though, they don’t really know you. GET READY FOR THE TAKE-OFF,” he tweeted.
This comes after he revealed in a related tweet that he will be performing a musical on August 28 in the UK.
Since his party track ‘Sore’, many music fans have bemoaned Yaw Tog’s disappearance from the music scene. Many claimed that his musical career was over.
Yaw Tog finally broke his silence and disclosed that his absence from the music scene since the beginning of the year was caused by a spiritual attack.
He continued by advising aspiring artists to attend to their spiritual lives before pursuing music.
