Legendary Ghanaian rapper Aletse Tinny lost his cool when addressing a problem he had with the dancehall singer, Stonebwoy.

For the first time, Tinny reacted to a well-known rumour that he was owed money by an event organizer who had taken his car after he declined to appear at a Valentine’s Day event despite being paid $2,000 to be the concert’s headliner.

In May of this year, it came to light that Tinny had paid a concert organizer in Worawora, in the Oti Region, $2,000 to be the event’s headlining act, but he had failed to show up.

The event’s organizer, Yaw Menkasa, told Prince Tsegah of Hitz FM on “U Say Weytin” show that he reported the incident to the police after attempting ineffectively to persuade Tinny to return the money.

Fast forward, when Stonebwoy learned of the situation, he offered to pay for the article because he was scheduled for an interview on the same platform at that precise moment.

However, Tinny thinks Stonebwoy should not have handled the matter in that way, and he voiced his dissatisfaction in him by saying that Stonebwoy lacked common sense.

“I saw it as just a bunch of fools, a bunch of idiots who had gotten the opportunity to be on radio. Merqury Quaye is number one, the toppest idiot. The other guy who was also speaking was also a fool.

And I wasn’t expecting my colleague Stonebwoy to also be a fool. Stonebwoy also joined the fools to be a fool,” Tinny said.
