The program manager for Hitz FM, Da Don, has addressed the online accusations that Shatta Wale is missing at the just ended Global Citizen Festival in Accra.

Shatta Wale's absence from the concert, which featured electrifying performances by Sarkodie, Usher, and others, raised a lot of questions.

Many people believed that Shatta Wale's performance would have been fantastic, but he was not present.

His absence has through a number of changes, but Da Dong has finally provided clarification.

Da Don on Hitz fm reported that sources had informed him that Shatta Wale's absence was the result of industry players sabotaging him.

Da Don explained a source told him organizers inquired about Shatta Wale —but they were told they did not know what Shatta Wale might say on Stage.
