Osman Bukari Apologizes For Celebrating Ghana’s Goal With Ronaldo’s SIUUU
When Ghana was trailing three goals to one, forward Osman Bukari scored a header in the 89th minute to help the Black Stars cut their deficit to one. However, Osman Bukari became the talk of the town when he went on to celebrate his late goal with the popular Ronaldo’s Siuu celebration, and people saw it as a great disrespect to the football legend.
Meanwhile, after the game, Osman Bukari took to his official Twitter page to apologize to Cristiano Ronaldo because a lot of people were complaining that the celebration was a total disrespect to him, and Osman Bukari has done the needful as he revealed that he was never trained to disrespect elders.
He wrote:
I have noticed my celebration today has generated comments claiming I was disrespectful towards Ronaldo This is incorrect. I was overcome by the emotion of the moment of scoring for my country on my World Cup debut leading to my celebration. My upbringing doesn’t permit me to be disrespectful to elders let alone one of my idols. Thanks for your support and we focus on our next game!
