A recent feud between the talented South African rapper (Nasty C) and Sarkodie has resulted in the latter refusing to collaborate with the former.
This prompted Nasty C to compete against Sarkodie on South Africa’s Metro FM radio station.
According to Nasty C, Sarkodie rejected Nasty C’s handshake during the early stages of his music career, which hurt him. As a result, the rapper vowed never to work with Sarkodie again if he rose to fame.
Despite the fact that he claims the Ghanaian rapper reached out to him on two separate occasions, the young rapper has yet to collaborate with him.
Speaking to KMJ on Prime Morning on Friday, the Nigerian talent manager stated that his experience in the music industry allows him to confidently state that Sarkodie will not respond to Nasty C.
“Nasty C is human, and he is allowed to express himself, but Sarkodie on the other side will never reply to him.
He will not reply to him because, he is too big for that. Shout out to both of them, but Sarkodie has been in the game too long to know what and what not to do,” he said.
Mr. Adedokun believes that dissing is an important part of the rap game because rappers use it to express themselves and gain attention from their fans.
He also emphasized that, while Nasty C is free to express himself because he is human, it is important to remember that there are no permanent enemies in the entertainment industry; thus, he urged artists to communicate with one another whenever they have a fallout in order to resolve the issues amicably.
