We Gave Wizkid And His Team 15 Security Guards – Live Hub Entertainment

Organizers of Wizkid Live at Accra Sports Stadium, Live Hub Entertainment, have responded to Wizkid‘s accusations that he was unable to perform because of security concerns.

The Live Hub team has released a statement via their social media platforms in response to the explanations Wizkid provided for canceling his performance on Saturday, December 10, 2022, at the Accra Sports Stadium.

The event organizers purportedly adhere to international security requirements, including fully compensating Wizkid “in advance of the concert date,” according to Hub Live’s official Instagram page.

In addition to his performance pay, all of his expenditures, such as his private jet flights, hotel stay in a presidential suite, security, cars, additional off-site lodging, and all other living costs for him and his crew, were paid in full.

The number of staff from all the security organizations hired to operate in and around the stadium, including those on standby offsite “to be called upon as and when needed,” was a minimum of 304 security professionals, according to The Live Hub entertainment.

The representative for Live Hub said that they gave Wizkid access to an additional 15 security personnel, of which 4 served as his personal bodyguards and 11 stayed with his team.

“All international standard health and safety measures were in place. Our health and safety package was provided by KDB Safety Solutions, which included 5 ambulances stationed all around the stadium, 3 medical tents to attend to easily resolvable medical matters for both talent and all attendees and 1 fire tender with fire personnel. Live Hub also partnered with the Ridge Hospital (5mins away) and 4 other hospitals, all within 15 mins of the stadium to receive any patients from the stadium, if any more serious medical issues arose.” They said.
