Popular Ghanaian songstress from the early 20s, Mzbel, has said that her lackluster performance at the Afrochella concert was planned spiritually.
In a YouTube interview with Barima Agyemang, she claimed that a preacher had called her before the performance to caution her that things wouldn’t go well if she attended the event without going through the necessary purification procedure.
Mzbel said that she disregarded the pastor’s advice since she had no confidence in him or any other religious leaders.
“A prophet contacted me before the program and introduced himself as a fan.
He stated that he had seen in a vision that there had been a spiritual orchestration to discredit me on that show. But because of my interactions with the clergy, I chose not to heed his advice.
As a result, I did not return his calls.
‘…Bra Emma “I’m a spiritual person, and many others have called me to affirm that what occurred is spiritual, so I should have known that the energy around me at the moment had been twisted,” she continued.
Mzbel stated that she ought to have listened to the pastor’s advice since she experienced peculiar feelings both during her performance at Afrochella and two other appearances she made earlier in the day.
