The Ghana Football Association (GFA), according to Ningo Prampram MP Sam Nartey George, has given the vacant Black Stars coaching position to Chris Hughton.
Sam George claims that despite the public search for the next national team coach, the choice has already been made.
Since Otto Addo resigned from the role following the team’s group-stage elimination from the Qatar 2022 World Cup, Ghana has been without a coach. The GFA revealed earlier this month that more than 60 coaches had submitted applications for the position of Black Stars coach.
Hughton, the former manager of Brighton, has already received the go-ahead, according to Sam George, who was speaking on Joy Prime TV.
Chris Hughton has already been handed the position. He received it because they needed someone they could control, the lawmaker claimed.
“A potential employee for their company.” someone whose choices they can influence. Let’s avoid wasting time, People use GFA to provide for their families; therefore, let’s go get some food that costs money to consume.
Sam George also launched a harsh criticism of the GFA, claiming that it has been turned into a for-profit organization.
