Ruth Eno Adjoa Amankwah Nyame Adom, a.k.a. Eno Barony, the King of Queens of Ghana, has provided a good suggestion on what performers should do when they plan to highlight someone.
Some artists have been criticizing their peers for failing them when it comes to collaborations in the Ghanaian entertainment industry for a while.
The most recent one is Samini's tirade against Sarkodie, following which the Highgrade chief promised never to collaborate with him again.
Eno expressed her displeasure with the trend and advised artists to record entire tracks so that they could discard them if a collaboration did not work out.
The gifted female rapper also discussed the value of partnerships in a post on Twitter.
Taking to Twitter, she wrote:
“Always record a full song even if you wish to collaborate with another artist. When they refuse to do it, you drop it solo. Collaboration is good cus together we shine brighter..But a Star don't need light from another Star to be seen. 🙏🏾.”
