Shatta Wale, who bills himself as the king of dancehall and beef, has insulted radio hosts Abeiku Santana and Andy Dosty amid charges that they are prejudiced against him.
The “My Level” hitmaker attacked Abeiku Santana during his performance at his concert in Takoradi for equating his historic collaboration with Beyonce to Sarkodie's “Stir It Up” remix with the late Bob Marley.
Additionally, after Ameyaw Debrah, a blogger, alleged that Shatta Wale had threatened him, he attacked Andy Dosty for supporting her.
“Now I have made them confused.” Because I have featured Beyonce, you want to counter me with Sarkodie. Tell those radio presenters, Andy Dosty and Abeilku Santana, your mothers.
People occasionally ask me why I voice my opinion when I do. I recently overheard Andy Dosty interviewing Ameyaw Debrah on the radio, during which Ameyaw Debrah claimed that I had threatened to murder him. You kept asking whether Andy Dosty felt intimidated. “Andy Dosty, you are a moron,” Herh Shatta Wale snarled.
Recall that Shatta Wale said Sarkodie's collaboration with Bob Marley was nothing exceptional and that he couldn't understand why it was getting so much attention on social media.
