Many see her as unserious because of how she presents herself to Ghanaians, but Yvonne Nelson, the actress, and producer from Ghana has praised Akuapem Poloo for being a competent colleague.
“The actress Haniya Rosemond Brown, better known by her stage name Akuapem Poloo, showed a great deal of maturity on the set of her most recent film, Kotoka,” Yvonne Nelson remarked in an interview with Andy Dosty on Daybreak Hitz.
She claims that Akuapem Poloo behaved well despite the fact that her first part in the film wasn’t shot until 10 p.
m. after she reported at 6 a.m.
“Akuapem Poloo came on set early, and we filmed her first scene about 10 p.m.,” she said to Andy Dosty.
“She was kind, and she made no complaints despite my repeated excuses.”
Akuapem Poloo was liked by everyone on the film set, according to Yvonne Nelson, who noted that her approach toward her work contributed to this.
Yvonne Nelson remarked, “I will love to work with her again.” “She had a terrific attitude; she was nice, extremely modest, and brilliant, and she was simply making everyone laugh on set.”
