The UK government is apparently getting ready to extradite Ghanaian socialite and artist Mona Montrage, also known as Hajia4Real, to the US for prosecution.
During a recent trip to London, she was detained by British authorities. She was allegedly detained in relation to fraud allegations brought against her in the US.
Since whatever purported offenses she committed, Hajia avoided the US but frequently traveled to the UK.
She was arrested on one of those trips.
Since then, she has been stranded in the UK, allegedly under house arrest with a GPS tracker attached to her leg.
According to the most recent information on her case, UK authorities are getting ready to give Hajia over to the US.
If this occurs, she will be tried for her alleged fraud and, if found guilty, will undoubtedly go to jail!
Although the news hasn’t been officially confirmed, it will almost certainly do so sooner rather than later given how much this case revolves around it.
