, popular Ghanaian Afrobeats Artiste has paid a courtesy call on the Volta Regional Minister, in his office on Friday, March 3, 2023.

Chief One's visit to the Minister's office is in lieu with activities laced with the 66th Celebration of Ghana's Independence. The fast-rising Afrobeats Crooner is part of an artiste line-up for a pre-independence concert to revive the Ghanaian spirit.

The Minister who was super excited to encouraged Chief One to keep working hard and pushing his craft as well as keep elevating the name of Volta Region to visible on both national and international level.

“We are privileged to host this year's national celebration of our Independence here in Ho (Volta Region). The President of Ghana, His Excellency Nana Addo Danquah Akufo Addo, has selected Ho for this mega celebration and we have to create history with it. I'm very happy to see you here and knowing that you have joined forces with others who will be performing on the night. It is good to see you guys in the Creative Sector doing very well to uplift the name of Volta Region and Ghana. Let's send a positive message to the world all through this weekend and even after the show”, Honourable Archibald Yao Letsa remarked.

Chief One joins Camidoh, Israel Maweta, Tony D, Agbeshie and many other notable musicians from Volta Region for a Pre-Independence Concert on the night of Friday, March 3, 2023 at the Ho Sports Stadium.

Hon. James Flolu, DCE for Afadjato South led the entire delegation to see the Volta Regional Minister.

Chief One was in the company of Elorm Beenie, one of the renowned Publicists in Ghana who works on his Lawada Republiq Team.

Ghanaian preacher, philanthropist, and the President of King's Word Family, Prophet , revealed in one of his controversial interviews that drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana are not sins, as we all know.

According to the experienced man of God, smoking marijuana and drinking alcohol are just sins against one's own self and body but not against God, because the Lord created these to be given to those who were in trouble and needed help, so if you take them, you are just doing your body harm and not sinning against the almighty.

Abena Korkor Attacks Mp (Video)

The Ningo Prampram Member of Parliament, Sam George, has come under fire from socialite for not fixing the roads in his district.


Korkor posted a video of her community's terribly maintained roads that was shot in Tema Community 25 after recent rains.


She claims that Uber drivers won't come to the neighborhood to give rides because of how terrible the roads are.


She added that, as a result, she must travel in a motor vehicle to do all of her errands. As Korkor hauled local MP Sam George, she did not hold back.

She also had some harsh words to say about Stephanie Karikari, the former Miss Ghana, and former President Mahama, among many others.

After making fun of Stonebwoy's disabilities, Ghanaian reggae dancehall musician has adamantly refused to apologize to the Ghana Society of Physically Disabled (GSPD).

After Wale made fun of Stonebwoy at the just-ended Salafest, the GSPD urged the singer to recant his remarks and issue an apology.

However, disregarded society's plea in a widely shared video response.

The “On God” hitmaker instead questioned society's reasoning for the demand and railed against it.


The outspoken performer said, “You can't create a problem for me; I am a problem myself.” “Everything we are doing is creating an association and paying dues; there is even an unemployed people's association.”
