If You Were A Twin, I Will Still Choose You – Medikal Tells Fella Makafui After Having Fun With Sister Derby

Although rapper Samuel Medikal Frimpong is married and happy as far as we know, Medikal and his ex-girlfriend Sister Derby were all over each other only last week, and rumors have it that they are back. 

The mind-games king is back to mislead his followers while reasserting his love for his bride, Fella Makafui. 

The rapper used social media to show his wife and daughter's mother how much he loves her.

“If you were a twin, I will still choose you, love you 🖤❤️,” he captioned a beautiful photo of Fella.
