“You are worthy, you are loveable and you deserve someone that reciprocates that. Be brave enough to love yourself the way you deserve to be loved. Let go of toxicity and embrace peace. Go for long walks , journal, watch some comedy shows, start the day with some positive affirmations about yourself. To anyone who has been mistreated in past relationships male or female their actions do not define you, their actions define them but to truly heal from past abusive relationships you have to do the inner work or you will continue to attract similar situations because of your feelings of unworthiness/ past trauma.
I'm still on a journey myself and I know I'm making progress but by all means I'm not fully there. Do some inner child healing work, you can find mediations all over YouTube and let's use this #fullmoon to let go of negative self talk once and for all and remember how truly amazing each and every one of us are in our own unique way.
We are living in a #newearth , a world that is evolving, a world that is kinder , a world where love is slowly beginning to infuse the lives of everyone and compassion exists now more than ever in all of us. Spread love , spread light and always ALWAYS remember you deserve to be loved like you are far to valuable to ever intentionally hurt or lose 🦋🦋🦋
