Actress Iya Gbonkan joyfully poses as she receives brand new car from a fan after N5m donation [VIDEO]

Nollywood actress, Margaret Bandele Olayinka, popularly known as ‘Iya Gbonkan’ on Thursday excitedly received a brand new car from one of her fans.

Recall last month, the actress noted how she has been acting for decades yet doesn’t have a car.

She claimed that she has been jumping on buses every day to get to her destination.

Iya Gbonkan called on her fans to celebrate her now that she is still alive and not wait to kill a cow when she is dead.

Days after her cry out, the veteran received about N5 million from Nigerians. A certain Pastor Gabriel paid her a visit in Osogbo and began sourcing funds from kind-hearted people all over the world for Iya Gbonkan towards a car and house project.

In a fresh update, a fan identified as Mrs Omobolanle Olatise single-handedly donated a car to Iya Gbonkan, asides the earlier N5 million donation.

In the video which captured the heartwarming moment the veteran was handed the car key, it was obvious that Iya Gbonkan’s joy knew no bounds.

On receiving the vehicle, she got into it and posed happily. She prayed heartily for her fan while seating comfortably in the driver’s seat.

Veteran actresses, Abeni Agbon and Tamotiye who reportedly live nearby Iya Gbonkan’s home in Osogbo were also present to share her joy.
